We’ve decided to split our beginner/intermediate class into two seperate classes to accommodate younger students aged 7-11 who have some experience, but aren’t quite ready for the competitive troupe. This class is for those with some experience in musical theater and will focus on developing a deeper understanding of story-telling through , movement, music and the art of vocal expression. Staging concepts  will be used regularly and students will be expected to attend most rehearsals. There will be two 30-minute performances on-stage with costumes and props the weekend following the last class.

Magic Tree House: Pirates Past Noon KIDS is an adaptation of the fourth of Mary Pope Osborne’s award-winning fantasy adventure books from the Magic Tree House book series. This time around, Jack and Annie’s tree house takes them to an exotic island with pirates, where the two discover the power of friendship and the simple pleasures in everyday life.  The siblings meet Captain Bones, a mean old pirate who captures the two and forces them to help him find buried treasure. It’s up to Jack and Annie to find their way back to the tree house and make their way home.

All classes and performances are at Sukha Artist Development Studios, 3041 N. Decatur Rd.
